Colheita de hortelã-do-norte, hortelã-pimenta, malva-gorda e muitos outros nomes. Erva super aromática e saborosa, levemente picante, com sabor de tomilho ou orégano.
Pensei em conservar para usar depois, mas ela é rica em água e não seca. Batida com sal ela soltou muita água e virou um líquido, que vai ser difícil de descongelar.
Se você costuma preservar essa erva, como você faz? Óleo, azeite, vinagre, congelado… Compartilha comigo?
